We design and manufacture sensors for storage tanks, water metering, energy metering, gas monitoring, and asset management.

Our founders are hardcore telecommunications engineers with combined 200 + years of experience in designing, optimizing and performance engineering; for several mid – large wireless carriers internationally - that saw a need to provide low power, cost efficient sensors to collect data, create alerts, and predict needed actions. We have combined these sensors with low power, wide area (LPWA) networking technologies to provide clients various options to decrease re-occurring costs associated with operating an IoT network of sensors and connected devices.

Operations Engineer This position will be part of the New Products and Business group that is focusing on developing new cutting edge products in the Kids segment. We are looking to hire a strong production support engineer who will be managing the operations of our production servers that is hosted in AWS. Key responsibilities would include monitoring server health, developing alarming capabilities, supporting deployments and developing tools for querying data from the server to better support end customers. 3+ years of professional experience in managing /monitoring web application servers 3+ years supporting distributed server environments. Strong knowledge of trouble shooting HTTP, REST based services Experience with log management tools such as Splunk Experience in maintaining NoSQL database. Knowledge in AWS technologies such as AWS Cloudwatch, Dynamodb, AWS Command line is a big plus Ability to identify opportunities and automate operations Strong scripting experience with Ruby/Python/Shell (Ruby preferred) Familiarity with CI and Source control systems such as Jenkins, GIT Open to learn new tools / technologies
