Software Service Delivery Manager

•  Ensuring the successful delivery of software services to clients.

•  Manage department members to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries.

•  Manage department members are following the internal processes, providing guidance as needed.

•  Support the regional business expansion strategies.

•  Provide improvement and innovation proposals to increase productivity and quality of work.

•  Support commercial team to prepare technical solutions and estimates for new project.

•  Oversee project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

•  Identifying and resolving issues or obstacles that may impact service delivery.

•  Maintaining effective communication with clients, providing regular updates, and addressing concerns.

•  Ensuring client satisfaction by meeting their needs and expectations.

•  Adhering to quality standards and best practices in software service delivery.

•  Cascade departmental target for each Senior Team lead/ Team Lead, provide guidance as needed.

•  Support commercial team to prepare technical solutions for new project.

•  Responsible for software team technical growth.

Requirements

• Computer Science degree or any relevant background.

• 10+ including 5+ as a developer or similar role and 5+ leading a team.

• Experience in software development and enterprise architecture.

• Experience in manage and oversee project management processes.
