Software Quality Assurance - Manual

• To perform system testing and end-user testing on our suite of solutions, comprised of web-based applications, mobile apps on both Android and iOS platforms.
• Propose new features, functionality, and ideas to improve the software solution.
• Work closely with the development team and also the product owners, to ensure the quality of software produced by the company.
• Research on new technologies or competitors solutions and make recommendations.
• Well versed with test cases and test scripts based on functional specifications.
• To follow UI/UX and assist product owners in documenting functional specifications and any other business requirements as and when necessary.
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned.

What we seek:

• Minimum 2 - 5 years working experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills and a good command of English.
• Good understanding of the software development process.
• Up to date knowledge on the latest mobile apps and a regular mobile app user
• Deep understanding about test case scenarios
• Able to analyze the problem and suggest the solutions from User’s point of view 
• Basic understanding of API Testing
• Team player and great collaborator, pays high attention to detail and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Have experience in below areas would be an advantage:

• Mobile payments / m-Commerce
• Commerce based applications such as ERP, Accounting, Point of Sale, e-Commerce, Loyalty & Redemption systems etc.
• Load / Performance Testing
