What you will do:
Software Development Project Management
o SW Project planning (Time/Priority/Resource/Cost planning)
o Task tracking and execution, including daily/weekly meetings with teams
o Communication and coordination with partners ODM/OEM/JDM
o Bug statistics and assignments via daily or weekly scrum meetings.
o Hardware integration coordination (with partners JDM/ODM/OEM team).
o Handling emergency issues related to products during customer usage/manufacturing.
o Working with partners to identify project schedule/cost.
o Judgement on the critical path of project.

To Be Successful You Will Have:
1. Familiar with the software development (Agile and waterfall) process and integration sequence in electromechanical co-development products.
2. Proficient in breaking down software development tasks and coordinating with hardware development activities for integration.
3. Experience in managing embedded software product development projects, with expertise in hardware integration management.
4. Extensive experience in software project management, coordinating various teams according to processes, including bug tracking and resolution.
5. Collaboration with hardware teams for project integration.
6. Familiar with daily operation on the JIRA and related SW project management software tools.
7. Work experience for master’s degree with 5+ years or bachelor’s degree with 8+ years
8. Glad to working onsite with partners
