- Technical background in Software Engineering.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and behaviors that align with the Full Spectrum Leadership Imperatives.
- Experience with planning and coordinating software development activities in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledgeable in formal Software Engineering Process and Tools, including experience in executing in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience in leading technical meetings and independent software code reviews for software development efforts.
- Experience presenting to program leadership and to the customer in formal reviews and meetings.
- Willingness to learn cost account management principles, techniques, and processes.
- Final Secret Clearance is required prior to start; US citizenship is required.
