Responsibilities

Work as part of a cross functional product team to develop solutions to ensure optimal experiences for our customers, riders, and our warehouse teams.
You'll take part in decisions related to how we undertake new projects, gather requirements and scope out projects with the rest of the team
We believe in the spirit of ownership and take pride in what we build so you'll be responsible for getting your code to production and supporting it
Enjoy the autonomy, uncertainty and unpredictability that comes with an early stage company
Participate in the recruitment process
Be actively involved within the team to provide mentoring and coaching, helping others grow as you learn and grow yourself

Qualifications

Some one who takes pride in readable, well-designed and well-tested software
Enjoys collaborating with both technical and non-technical departments
We are open to candidates with experience in any languages who are willing to quickly get up to speed on our stack. Our stack currently consists of Ruby, Ruby on Rails with AWS being used as our cloud platform
Experience with relational databases (Postgres).
Nice to have: exposure to key-value stores and NoSQL databases
