Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Software Automation Manager to lead automation testing initiatives, define automation strategy, and manage a team of Automation Engineers and SDETs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Playwright, TypeScript, API Testing, CI/CD, GitHub, AI-driven testing, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and Agentic AI/AVI.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Automation Engineers and QA teams.

• Define and execute the organization's test automation strategy.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Playwright automation frameworks.

• Drive UI, API, integration, regression, smoke, and end-to-end automation testing.

• Collaborate with Product, Development, DevOps, and Business teams.
