Software Engineer Team Leader

This role is an opportunity for an experienced software team leader or software engineer to develop new skills in leading software projects. It is not expected that you show evidence of the exact experience. You will be supported to develop professionally through exposure to customers, suppliers and research partners and in working alongside colleagues with a diverse range of skills. 

Your role will include:

• Software application development in C#/C++ for our X-ray and Bond Test systems.
• As local leader for a team of software engineers, delivering on committed work packages for running projects.
• Communicating regularly with Software and Project managers in the other sites.
• Testing software releases to ensure high quality, robust products are realized.
