Principal Responsibilities:
Contribute work product in each sprint
Communicate clearly to your team members and scrum master deliverable statuses, blockers, and mitigation plans
Be a leader in the continuous improvement of the scrum team
Functional Skills/Behaviors
Demonstrated ability to enhance high volume web-based, transactional applications in a variety of languages and frameworks (angular.js, node.js, bootstrap, HTML5, SQL, PHP, Java)
Demonstrated ability to learn new languages and syntax on the job
Demonstrated ability to create and consume RESTful services
Articulation of design approaches to teammates
Personal accountability to commit to their teammates to deliver their stories each iteration
Collaboration amongst teammates to clearly define and estimate user stories
