Job Title: Software Engineer (Oracle Forms/PLSQL)
Location: Makati, Philippines (Fully Onsite)


We are partnering with a leading fintech company looking to hire an experienced Software Engineer (Oracle Forms/PLSQL) to join their growing team in Manila, Philippines.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Oracle Forms, Reports, and PL/SQL programs.

  • Analyze and optimize SQL/PLSQL performance for high-volume systems.

  • Design technical solutions and support legacy data migration.

  • Provide application support to clients and internal teams.

  • Collaborate in Agile environments to deliver high-quality code.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Oracle Forms/Reports (12c+), PL/SQL, and SQL.

  • Experience in banking, financial services, or related software providers is a plus.

  • Solid understanding of Oracle Database and RDBMS concepts.

  • Experience with XML, Oracle AQ, and database performance tuning.

  • Proficiency with development tools (SQL Developer, TOAD) and version control (Git/Subversion).

  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and in teams.
