Responsibilities

  • Analyze and understand gaps in our content understanding.
  • Build classifiers to improve our automatic content detection by orchestrating signals from various expert models, and to make the most effective use of our human content reviewers.
  • Apply novel machine learning methods to address a variety of trust and safety challenges.
  • Collaborate with research, operations, and product teams.
  • Design, build, productionize, and maintain your solutions.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience with software development in C++, Python, or SQL.
  • 2 years of experience with software development with machine learning.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields.
  • 2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
  • Experience with Machine Learning (ML), Learning to Rank (L2R), ranking/recommendation systems and data analysis (e.g., headroom analysis/opportunity sizing).
