We’re looking for a Backend Software Engineer with a passion for building elegant and robust applications in data intensive, user-centric environments. Ideally, you will have:

- Commercial experience with Java/Scala/Kotlin and/or Python

- Experience with Relational and Non-relational databases

- Experience with Data Processing and Distributed Systems

- A solid understanding of Systems Design

- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD and GCP

- Experience following Best Practices such as Agile and TDD

And be interested to work in a technical environment where you can get exposure to (and upskill):

- Java, Kotlin, Vertx, Python

- Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

- CI/CD pipelines with Docker, Kubernetes

- Spark, Airflow

- GraphQL

- ElasticSearch, Kafka

- Microservices
