We're seeking a skilled Full-Stack Software Engineer to design and develop scalable fan engagement platforms and digital experiences. Working in a global team, you will help shape the direction of the business through innovation and technological excellence, whilst using your expertise to drive efficiencies throughout the sports ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop full-stack solutions spanning front-end user interfaces and back-end APIs that power fan engagement platforms
  • Create responsive, interactive user interfaces optimised for sports content whilst building robust, scalable back-end systems
  • Manage database design and optimisation, structuring data models to efficiently support complex workflows and handle large volumes
  • Ensure system security and data integrity through encryption protocols, access controls, and vulnerability assessment
  • Contribute to strategic planning by aligning technical solutions with business goals and maintaining system scalability
  • Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and knowledge sharing across the team


Required Skills

  • 3+ years of full-stack or combined front-end and back-end development experience
  • Experience in React for front-end development
  • Experience in Node.js for back-end development
  • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
  • Solid understanding of RESTful API design and database management (PostgreSQL,MongoDB)
  • Experience with version control (Git) and cloud platforms (AWS or similar)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and understanding of web performance optimisation


Non-Essential Qualifications

  • Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems
  • Background in business intelligence, data analytics, or Snowflake data warehouse

  • Proficiency with emerging AI tools to drive development and operational efficiencies
