Core Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications for material handling systems.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and solutions.
- Implement scalable and efficient software solutions, ensuring reliability and performance.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize software applications for industrial automation.
- Write well-structured, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
- Conduct unit and integration testing to validate software functionality.
- Contribute to software documentation, including user manuals, technical specifications, and change logs.
- Support software integration with hardware components, including warehouse automation systems.
- Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure software reliability and functionality.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 - 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, C#.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
- Experience with version control systems such as Azure TFS or Git.
- Knowledge of RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in industrial automation, supply chain, or material handling industries.
- Hands-on experience with warehouse software, including WMS, WES, or WCS.
- Familiarity with real-time software systems and embedded development.
- Experience with frontend frameworks.
- Exposure to enterprise software development and system integrations.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $ 76,500 - 105,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
