• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4–8 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong experience designing, developing, integrating, testing, and maintaining enterprise applications with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in one or more of the following technologies: .NET, Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL, or equivalent development platforms.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs or web services, with strong experience in system integration.
• Experience working with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle.
• Frontend development experience using JavaScript and modern frameworks.
• Experience working across the full software development life cycle, including requirements analysis, code reviews, quality assurance, and system enhancements.
• Experience following coding standards and secure development practices.
• Experience with software testing and technical documentation.
• Experience collaborating with internal technical teams, business users, project managers, and external vendors throughout the software development life cycle.
• Excellent technical communication and documentation skills, including the ability to communicate solutions clearly to senior stakeholders when required.
• Experience working with UAE government entities or large enterprise organisations is an advantage.
