Software Developer

This role focuses on building and maintaining both internal tools and external-facing applications that support solar EPCC operations, spanning workflow automation and dashboards to customer- and partner-facing platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain internal tools and dashboards supporting business operations across departments
• Develop and support external-facing applications for customers and partners
• Contribute to backend services, APIs, and UI across internal and external platforms
• Support integration work with third-party platforms (e.g. Power Automate, AIoT/O&M systems)
• Contribute to code quality, testing, code review, and basic security hygiene practices

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional software development experience
• Full-stack proficiency: React/JavaScript/TypeScript on the frontend, Python or Node.js on the backend
• SQL database experience (PostgreSQL)
• Git / version control
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• Awareness of application security and data privacy practices (e.g. PDPA), particularly for external-facing systems
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Nice to have:

• Azure or other cloud platform experience
• Power Automate or similar low-code workflow tools
• Docker
• Neo4j
• Experience with UI/UX best practices for customer-facing applications
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
• Experience with Data Ingestion pipeline such as Pandas and Pyspark
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as Pytorch, Tensorflow, Scikit-Learn
• Experience with Inference engine such as Vllm
