Responsibilities:

Required Technical Expertise:

Need proven Hands-on Experience on SACDA-PLC Programming below key Strengths.

• Experience in Testing & commissioning of SCADA.
• SCADA Programming Software: Ignition
• SCADA Professional certifications.
• Programming language: - Ladder logic, Function Block diagram and Sequential Flow chart.
• Series: FX, Q, IQ-R, IQ-F
• PLC Programming Software: GX-WORK-3
• HMI-SCADA Programming Software: GT-Designer-3
• Communication protocols: CC Link, Modbus, Ethernet, BACnet etc.
• Knowledge of Motion Control & MELSERVO.

Industry & Applications Areas:

• Industry: Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Pharma, Automotive, BMS.
• Applications: Boiler, Chiller, WTP etc.

Added advantage Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Sensors & Transmitters Like Temperature, Pressure, Flow, Level etc.
• Knowledge of Control Valves & Actuators.
• Knowledge of Combustion Safety & Control System.
• Knowledge of Schematics & Hardware Design in Control & PLC Panels.
• Experience in Testing & commissioning.
• Experience in conducting FAT / SAT and able to Manage the client.

Role & Responsibilities.

As Sr. Project Engineer-PLC, proficiency in PLC Programming with overall System Design including Hardware Registration.

• Coordinate with the PM/TL on current programming tasks.
• Meeting and understanding client's electrical and mechanical needs.
• Reading and interpreting the logical flow diagram.
• Work independently when required.
• Debug existing PLC Software.
• Continuously learn and improve skills to pursue new technical areas.
• Ready to Travel Overseas as well as Domestic Sites

Requirements:

• Industry: Metal / Engineering / Paper / Power plant / Cement / Oil & Gas
• Functional Area: Site Engineering / Project Management
• Role Category: Working as a team member of PLC system programming, debugging, and commissioning team. (Metal industries will be more preferable).
• Role: Electrical/PLC Program Developer Engineer-Industrial
