Job Title: Social Worker - Locality Team
Location: North Lincolnshire (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: £35 per hour

Job Description:

Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Adult Social Worker for its client's Locality Team at North Lincolnshire.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Carry out assessments and develop care plans for individuals within the community, ensuring their needs are met in line with statutory responsibilities.
• Work collaboratively with health professionals, housing teams, and voluntary services to coordinate support and promote independence.
• Respond to safeguarding concerns, manage risk effectively, and ensure timely interventions to protect vulnerable adults.

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have, 

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
