Job description

Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Adults Social Worker to join its client’s Integrated Care and Support team based in Tameside.

What will your responsibilities be?

In this role, you will, 

  • Conduct strengths-based assessments of individuals, carers, and families
  • Identify eligible needs and co-develop care and support plans focused on “what matters” to the person
  • Promote independence and wellbeing through tailored interventions
  • Support self-management and preventative approaches to reduce reliance on services

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have, 

  • Social Work England registration
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Hold a full UK driving licence
  • Post-qualified experience
  • Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
