Job description

Liquid Personnel is recruiting Social Worker for its client's Family help team at Birmingham.

What will your responsibilities be?

The role is for a family help team predominantly dealing with S17s and CIN work.

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families in need of support.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
  • Providing supervision and support to junior social workers and students.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with local policies.
  • Engaging with external agencies and stakeholders to promote best practices in child welfare.

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have, 

  • Social Work England registration
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Hold a full UK driving licence
  • Post-qualified experience
  • Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
