The Role
As a Social Worker or Senior Social Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting vulnerable children and families through effective safeguarding practice and relationship-based social work.
You will:
- Manage a varied caseload of children and families requiring support and intervention
- Undertake assessments, planning, and direct work to ensure children remain safe and achieve positive outcomes
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and partner agencies
- Contribute to child protection planning and statutory interventions where required
- Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary Family Safeguarding model to deliver meaningful and lasting change
About You
We're looking for motivated and dedicated practitioners who are committed to delivering high-quality social work and making a difference to children's lives.
✔ Registered with Social Work England
✔ Qualified Social Worker with a recognised Social Work qualification
✔ Completed the ASYE programme
✔ Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required
✔ Enhanced DBS clearance
