Liquid Personnel are recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to join a dynamic and supportive Assessment Team in East London.

Salary: Up to £50,000 (DOE) Plus: £3,000 retention bonus

About the Role

As a Social Worker within the Assessment Team, you will:

  • Conduct assessments of children and young people’s circumstances to determine appropriate interventions or referrals

  • Plan and implement interventions for allocated cases, ensuring timely and effective support

  • Liaise with internal and external partners to ensure coordinated support for children, young people, and carers

  • Work with a strong understanding of safeguarding requirements

  • Proactively develop your professional knowledge, skills, and behaviours

  • Act in accordance with all relevant policies and procedures, understanding their purpose and importance

 

 

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Relevant Social Work qualification

  • Completed ASYE

  • Active Social Work England registration
