Location: Hull (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: £35 per hour

Job Description:

Liquid Personnel is recruiting Social Worker for its clients Adult Hospital Discharge Team based in Hull.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Experienced Hospital Social Worker required
• Must be able to travel to Hull Royal Infirmary and Castle Hill Hospitals
• Involves supporting hospital discharges and related adult social care duties
• Prior hospital social work experience essential

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have, 

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
