The Opportunity
XM is looking for a Social Media Manager & Content Writer to develop and integrate content marketing strategies and products to support social media activities, campaigns, and marketing initiatives for diverse companies. In this role, you’ll be working closely with account leads as a key player in developing the strategy for and production of social media marketing content for external and internal clients. 

Our deal candidate is highly creative, thrives in fast-paced environments, has strong multi-tasking skills able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, works well as part of a team, and is a fabulous communicator.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing social media strategies in collaboration with the team. 
• Managing content creation and delivery across various social media platforms.
• Writing, editing, and publishing social media posts.
• Analyzing performance metrics and optimizing content strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Actively communicating with clients, providing guidance throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Staying up to date with industry trends and platform updates to implement innovative content approaches and best practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional social media management and content creation experience within B2B high tech or SaaS industries.  
• Experience in developing content for both business and technical audiences. 
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Self-starter and ability to think out of the box
• Native fluency in English is a must (spoken and written)
