Social Media Intern at BabyMD

We are seeking a creative and proactive Content & Social Media Intern to support our content strategy and social media presence across multiple platforms. This role requires someone with a passion for content creation, storytelling, and digital trends - eager to learn, take initiative, and contribute to building BabyMD’s brand from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of BabyMD's social media presence, ensuring consistent brand voice and engagement across platforms (FB, Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn)
• Create monthly content calendars and share engaging posts, reel, live content independently.
• Drive audience engagement, monitor relevant metrics, and implement strategies to boost growth and interaction through multiple formats.
• Create strong social media personas for founders and doctors to create influencing content across social media platforms.
• Oversee Online Reputation Management (ORM), ensuring prompt and professional responses to online inquiries and feedback.
• Stay updated on industry trends, conduct competitor analysis, and leverage insights to optimize social media strategies.
• Coordinate with agencies for influencer marketing
• Video creation - Shooting the videos, co-ordinating with content manager & graphic designer until the final output is out.

Requirements

• Strong interest in social media, content creation, and brand storytelling
• Basic design/editing skills (Canva, Adobe, CapCut preferred)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Creative mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to trends
• Bonus: SEO knowledge or video editing experience
• Performance marketing experience will be a bonus
