Neon Flux is a digital marketing agency specializing in digital growth marketing for beauty, wellness, and lifestyle brands. We’re looking for a highly motivated Social Media Coordinator to support our growing roster of clients by executing content calendars, engaging with communities, and assisting in day-to-day social media operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation, scheduling, and publishing of social media content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and foster community growth.
• Support influencer and UGC sourcing, including outreach, tracking, and communication.
• Monitor social trends, competitor activity, and emerging platform features to provide recommendations.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics to optimize content strategy.
• Assist in brainstorming creative campaign ideas for organic and paid social.
• Stay up-to-date on client products and brand voice to ensure all content aligns with their messaging.
• Create weekly/monthly reports for our brands to track progress and growth.

Monday: 9am – 5:30pm EST

Tuesday: 9am – 5:30pm EST

Wednesday: 9am – 5:30pm EST

Thursday: 9am – 5:30pm EST

Friday: 9am – 5:30pm EST

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or lifestyle space.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Meta, YouTube and other social platforms, including trends and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative eye for engaging content.
• Basic experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for digital marketing, content creation, and social media trends.
