Social Media & Content Marketing Assistant

And we’re looking for a Social Media & Content Marketing Assistant to start immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Set up, optimize, and maintain social media profiles across multiple platforms
2. Update and complete online business directories
3. Maintain trackers for platform inventory, login/access credentials, profile completion status, content calendars, posting schedules, and next action items
4. Draft engaging social media content
5. Write or assist with blog articles and long-form content
6. Create graphics and simple marketing visuals
7. Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and assist with long-form video editing when applicable
8. Repurpose existing website content, FAQs, and notes into social media content
9. Schedule and publish posts across multiple platforms
10. Monitor comments, messages, and engagement
11. Participate appropriately in Reddit, online forums, and relevant communities
12. Help organize and execute the overall content strategy

Qualifications:
• Experience managing and optimizing social media profiles
• Experience writing social media content and blog articles
• Experience creating graphics and simple marketing visuals
• Experience editing short-form videos for social media
• Familiarity with Reddit, online forums, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
• Strong organizational skills with experience maintaining content calendars and marketing trackers
• Experience with educational content creation, student engagement, or educational blog writing is an advantage

Technical Requirements:
• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Mountain Time
Location: This is a remote job

Salary Package (with HMO):
• PHP 27,000

Compensation (from employer):
25000–27000 PHP per-month-salary
