Mandatory Skills:

• Hands on knowledge of Oracle SOA
• API Interface Design, SOA governance implementation
• Very Good Java knowledge & expertise
• 8-12 years total experience
• 2-3 years of experience as Sr. developer
• part of full SOA implementation
• Very good communication, collaboration
• Communicated with architects and management
• Written, Strong UML, etc
