• SNOC Operators will perform 24×7 shift operations, monitor events and alerts, respond to incidents, conduct initial troubleshooting and analysis, triage issues, and escalate incidents according to operational procedures.
• Assistant SNOC Shift Lead supports the SNOC Shift Lead with shift coordination, operational supervision, incident management, escalation handling, reporting, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• SNOC Shift Lead oversees overall shift operations, coordinate major incidents, manage escalations, facilitate operational and project meetings, ensure SLA compliance, and provide leadership to the shift team.

Requirements

• Experience working in a 24×7 Network Operations Center (NOC) or Security Network Operations Center (SNOC).

• Good understanding of incident management, event monitoring, troubleshooting, and escalation processes.

• Experience with enterprise monitoring and ticketing tools.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions during critical incidents.

• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, ITIL Foundation, Security+, or equivalent are advantageous.
