Summary:

The Inventory Team Lead oversees the efficient management and organization of inventory within the warehouse. This role ensures optimal stock levels, coordinates with various departments, and leads a team to maintain accurate inventory records and improve processes.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead and supervise the inventory team to ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently.
• Monitor stock levels and make procurement recommendations as necessary.
• Coordinate with the purchasing and sales departments to ensure accurate stock records.
• Implement inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and losses.
• Conduct regular audits and inventory counts to maintain accuracy.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
• Train and mentor new team members, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Prepare and present inventory reports to management.
