Job description
The international technology company Ajax Systems opens a full-cycle production facility in Türkiye.

Reponsibilities
- Managing the daily operation and organization of the SMT line consisting of Yamaha YSM20R pick-and-place machines, screen printers, and reflow ovens.
- Minimizing line downtime through rapid and pinpoint interventions in case of malfunctions.
- Carrying out line balancing and placement speed optimization projects to increase Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Planning and implementing periodic and predictive maintenance for the machinery and reporting these processes to senior management.
- Analyzing placement defects (misalignment, tombstoning, etc.), generating root cause solutions, and optimizing AOI/SPI data.
Qualifications
- University degree in Electrical-Electronics, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in SMT production processes.
- Advanced proficiency in the installation, programming, and maintenance of Yamaha YSM20R machines.
- Theoretical and practical knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards and soldering technologies.
- Effective use of SMT programming and optimization software.
- Advanced fast decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English to follow technical literature and documentation.
