1.推動作業安全與職業健康防護，列入每日巡廠的作業觀察項目；並以推動設備、設施、作業設計改善來杜絕風險 2.MFCC改善-提升生產力,降低LRR/IPQC缺失,降低離職率,降低SMT報廢率 3.生產作業符合流程規範、產品品質符合生產管制與產品規格,降低 IPQC/FQC件數 4.工單關結/生產/出貨,提升MO 3天關結率,出貨達成率要求 5.料帳一致管理-電子倉，工單料帳100%準確 6.人才培養-控制 SMT 廠幹部/重點崗位離職率於HR管控目標內,課/組/班及重點崗位技能提升及人才培養
