Job Description

1.推動作業安全與職業健康防護，列入每日巡線的作業觀察項目；並以推動設備、設施、作業設計改善來杜絕風險 2.MFCC改善-生產流程優化提升生產力,降低品質缺失/離職率/自製報廢率/COPQ，控制生產成本,帶領團隊達成績效目標 3.生產作業風險排查及防呆推動導入，並提供專業指導，鼓勵並帶領團隊提出創新想法，提升生產效率和產品品質。 4.車間日常指標監控及異常分析指導 5.料帳一致管理-12X,131倉及工單料帳100%監控 6.團隊發展與培訓，負責團隊成員的績效考核與職涯發展，提供培訓和發展機會。課/組/班技能提升及儲備人才培養 7.制定部門內績效考核目標及督導達成 8.新產品/新技術及專案推動導入，內部門資源協調及跨部門溝通 9.跨部門協作：包括客户稽核跨部门资源的协调和日常生產工作各部門的協助，確保生產計劃與公司整體營運目標一致
