Job Description

1.管理倉儲運營：
-監督材料的接收、存儲及發放過程，確保準確性與高效性。
-制定並執行倉儲管理計畫，優化倉儲空間利用率。
2.團隊管理與協調：
-管理倉儲團隊的日常工作，監控績效表現。
-執行團隊培訓，提升工作品質與產出。
3.問題解決與流程優化：
-協助團隊成員解決日常技術或操作問題。
-分析業務問題，提供供應鏈建議方案，優化工作流程。
4.風險管控：
-進行風險評估，制定應急計畫，預防問題再次發生。
-確保倉儲運營符合公司政策和流程規範。
5.專案管理：
-可能管理自身專業領域的專案，協調工作與資源。
-提供資淺同事非正式的指導，促進團隊成長。
