Job description
The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for managing a portfolio of complex and high-potential trading accounts while delivering sustainable growth through a balanced focus of 70% account development and 30% new business acquisition. Success in this role requires a strong hunter mentality, combining strategic account development with proactive prospecting to accelerate revenue growth, expand market presence, and strengthen Lyreco's customer base.
- Manage and develop a portfolio of assigned trading and strategic accounts to achieve sales, gross profit, and customer retention targets.
- Increase customer spend through product penetration, category expansion, cross-selling, and upselling initiatives.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers within the assigned territory to support sustainable business growth.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts within the CRM system.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer developments to identify business opportunities and potential risks.
- Work closely with all internal stakeholders to ensure full customer satisfaction by providing Lyreco standard service level.
- Advocate customer loyalty through dedicated account management.
- Any other ad hoc tasks assigned to you by the manager.
