Review job request, relevant safety data and understand the principles of the experiment. Responsibility for providing testing support for internal and external projects including customer’s troubleshooting, new products developing and provides laboratory testing report. Sets up and calibrates basic testing platform if required, correctly operate, and be able to troubleshoot all equipment/instrumentation necessary to support testing, record raw data. Effectively manages and maintains laboratory testing instruments, samples and database. Communicates with global technical and business team to perform the testing and analyze problem. Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, engineering, electrical engineering and materials. Minimum 3 years of testing experience, with knowledge of analysis instruments, testing method. Experience for semiconductor and display is a benefit. Proficient in both Mandarin and English, excellent report writing. Strong presentation and communication skills to interface internal and external customers.
