Skyline - Lead Concierge (Full Time)

The pay for this role is $25 - $27 per hour DOE.

Our Lead Concierge:

  • Assists with greeting residents, team members, appropriate parties, and the public
  • Supplement Concierge Role: Provide support and training to the Concierge, stepping in as needed to maintain service levels
  • Concierge Scheduling: Assist in managing the Concierge team's schedule.
  • Safety and Security: Address safety and security concerns promptly, including monitoring emergency and security systems during daytime hours
  • Provides exceptional customer service to our team
  • Performs general administrative tasks (taking messages, routing calls, taking memos/notes.
  • Distributes packages, mail, and other deliveries. 
  • Maintains office supplies, order new inventory as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

What you need to succeed:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent education, training and experience
  • At least one year of previous experience in a concierge or similar role preferred. 
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat and/or Adobe Reader
  • Current first aid/CPR certification may be required per state/local guidelines.
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
  • Completion of background check and drug screening. Pre-employment screenings may include Physical, TB Test, and fingerprinting per state/local guidelines.
