Site Supervisor (Marble & Stone Works)

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead on-site stone installation works for luxury residential and commercial projects in Dubai.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on Site Foreman with extensive UAE experience in marble and natural stone installation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise daily site installation of marble, travertine, and large-format porcelain (dry cladding, wet methodology, floors, walls, and bespoke features).
• Ensure top-tier craftsmanship: precise jointing, alignment, book-matching, cutting, and finishing/polishing.
• Read and accurately interpret architectural shop drawings, stone layout plans, and cut-lists.
• Manage site workers and subcontractors, enforcing strict project timelines and safety/HSE standards.
• Coordinate effectively with main contractors, consultants, and project engineers on site.

Requirements

• More than 6 years of experience as a Site Foreman specializing in stonework in the UAE.
• Previous experience working directly for a specialised Marble / Stone company.
• Deep technical knowledge of natural stone (marble, travertine) and porcelain handling, dry/wet fixing techniques, and chemical treatments.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage site teams under pressure.
• Good working knowledge of English (required for daily site coordination).
