Site Selection Specialist - Mexico only

This role is with Accellacare, part of ICON's clinical research network, where you’ll play a key role in transforming the clinical trial experience for patients and sponsors alike. Our global site network is designed with one goal in mind: to deliver better access, greater efficiency, and improved outcomes in clinical research.

As a Site Selection Specialist, you will support feasibility and site selection activities across multiple countries, ensuring we engage the right sites with the right capabilities while maintaining quality, compliance, and excellent collaboration. Join Accellacare, ICON’s global patient-centric site network, where you will play a key role in selecting high performing clinical trial sites that help bring life changing treatments to patients faster.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Identify and engage potential investigators and sites using data, research, and local insights

  • Build strong relationships with sites to support feasibility and study participation

  • Conduct phone selection visits and gather country intelligence to support decisions

  • Ensure accurate documentation and data quality in relevant systems

  • Work cross functionally with Study Start Up and CRA Management to drive timelines

  • Track site feedback and maintain transparency on selection outcomes

  • Champion process improvement and contribute to operational excellence

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field

  • 2+ years' experience in clinical research working at site, feasibility and/or site selection activities

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Skilled in data management and problem solving with attention to detail

  • Fluency in  English

  • Proactive, collaborative mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
