Site Manager - Hounslow - Up to £55,000 plus package.

A Site Manager is actively sought to deliver a niche residential programme project for an established Main Contractor who have over 50 years experience within construction.

Location of site: Hounslow

Responsibilities for site engineer

You will be the number one overseeing a new build residential development consisting of 20 individual units and a bloc of 32 apartments from setup through to handover.
Our client is seeking a Site manager / Construction professional to be involved from site setup through to handover with excellent communication skills at all levels.
Our client seeks a Manager with an excellent attitude to work and the ability to deliver a premium project. You must have good technical understanding and previous experience delivering residential projects as Number One.

Qualifications for site engineer

You must have a valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work certificate.
