Apply to this jobWe’re looking for a Regulatory Compliance Senior Analyst to join our Central Compliance team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to monitor and assess regulatory developments, compliance risks, and obligations impacting Singapore operations while partnering with stakeholders to support timely implementation of regulatory requirements. You will also support the enhancement of the Regulatory Compliance Management Framework, prepare governance and compliance reports, maintain compliance systems and records, and track remediation activities to ensure effective compliance oversight and risk management.
Position Responsibilities:
Monitor and assess new and emerging regulatory requirements, industry developments, and compliance risks affecting Singapore operations.
Partner with Compliance SMEs, legal entities, and business stakeholders to evaluate regulatory impacts and support timely implementation of required changes.
Assist in regulatory submissions by gathering, validating, and providing supporting documentation within required timelines.
Support the maintenance and enhancement of the Singapore Regulatory Compliance Management Framework, including policies, procedures, controls, and governance processes.
Ensure regulatory obligations are properly documented, tracked, implemented, and continuously improved through process reviews and efficiency initiatives.
Prepare compliance reports, dashboards, governance materials, and communicate regulatory updates, risks, and compliance matters to key stakeholders.
Maintain compliance systems and records, perform data quality checks, support automation and reporting improvements, and track compliance issues, findings, and remediation activities.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferably in accounting, law, finance, business, or related fields
Professional knowledge in Compliance, Legal, Risk, or Audit.
2 to 3 years working experience in the Insurance, Asset Management, Banking or Financial Services.
Proficiency in developing, and reviewing compliance-related procedures, and controls.
Skilled in preparing compliance reports, and documentation for internal stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Regulatory Compliance is highly preferred.
Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to draft clear and concise compliance documentation.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving regulatory environment.
