Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test procedures to establish functionality of the new Silicon.
• Debug failures with cross-functional teams for Silicon, Boards, Software, Manufacturing.
• Provide regular updates about Silicon health to platform, software and volume manufacturing teams.
• Plan, develop, and execute tests to validate CPU subsystem and integration at the system level.
• Support silicon debug and field failures.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent, practical experience on CPU validation.
• 8 years of experience in developing test and debug infrastructure.
• Experience with CPU architecture and debugging.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent, practical experience on CPU validation.
  
• Experience ARM CPU architecture knowledge.
  
• Experience in programming in C, embedded C and scripting experience in Python or Perl or Tcl.
  
• Experience with complex system debug, embedded operating systems and bare metal programming.
  
• Familiarity with CPU uArch and coherent fabric.
