Main Responsibilities
1. Lead and coordinate the acquisition and management of new and high-potential clients across domestic and international markets.
2. Drive revenue growth, business expansion, and portfolio leverage in line with Group revenue KPIs.
3. Advise and provide strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors related to commercial performance, market opportunities, and business expansion.
4. Oversee designated branches/divisions/teams, ensuring day-to-day commercial operations run efficiently and effectively.
5. Strengthen and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders at national and international levels.
6. Represent the company in networking events, industry forums, conferences, and stakeholder meetings to promote corporate interests and explore new business opportunities.
7. Provide strategic input on market trends, competitive landscape, and growth potential.

General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
