Position Title: Siebel Production Support

Location: Fort Worth, Texas

Hire Type: Full Time Only  

Salary: As Per Market

Job Description:- Technical/ Managerial Skills

• Should have proficiency in Siebel 8

• Should have good understanding of Siebel Architecture

• Minimum 2 years of Production Support Management experience

• Able to manage Siebel Production Support with multiple projects

• Able to manage multi location Tier 2 and Tier 3 Support team 

• Very Good communication and negotiation skills

Preferred Experience

• Siebel Techno Managerial 

• Production Support Management 

• Exposure to Airline domain.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Accountable for SLA Management

• Ensure the overall stability, performance, and quality of the Siebel

• Lead Production application issue resolution and system enhancement development efforts from requirement gathering and analysis through implementation

• Prioritize, schedule, assign, and manage the workload of the Siebel support and development staff

• Provide functional and technical support and guidance to the Siebel

• Liaise with the Help Desk Manager, Technical Leads, Project Manager, 3rd party vendors and business owners

• Maintain and ensure compliance to Standard Operating Procedure

• Metrics Reporting

• Maintain and communicate status to management

• Communication Management

• Risk Management
