Responsibilities

• Dismantle shuttering frameworks post-construction and secure reusable materials for future projects.
• Conduct quality checks on frameworks to ensure they meet safety and structural integrity standards.
• Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate timelines and workflow efficiently.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and adhere to safety regulations at all times.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and techniques for shuttering and concrete construction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification in construction or framework is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Shuttering Framework Technician or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of shuttering systems, materials, and construction methods.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
• Good physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different job sites as required.
