Showroom Sales Officer

We are looking for a Showroom Sales Officer to handle sales activities within the showroom. The role focuses on assisting customers, promoting paint and coating products, and ensuring a professional customer experience in a retail showroom environment.

Requirements

• Welcome customers to the showroom and assist them in selecting suitable products.
• Provide basic information about paints, coatings, colors, and application methods.
• Execute sales transactions and contribute to achieving showroom sales targets.
• Coordinate with the showroom supervisor to ensure product availability and proper display.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom environment.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages when required.
• Follow approved pricing policies and sales procedures.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in showroom or retail sales, preferably in paints, coatings, or construction-related products.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic understanding of retail sales operations.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and color systems.
• Ability to work flexible shifts when required.
• Basic computer skills are an advantage.
