Shopfitting Foreman (Joinery and Bench Hand)

A shopfitting company based in Germiston URGENTLY requires a Factory Manager / Shopfitting Foreman (Joinery and Bench Hand) from a similar industry or background (carpentry, cabinetry, kitchen or woodwork, needs to know products of steel and carpentry) with at least five to ten years experience to start as soon as possible. Preferably someone who is immediately available.

• Running of the whole Factory
  
• Able to read a technical CAD Drawing and create cutting sheets and job cards from drawings
  
• Checking the setting out drawings
  
• Managing production in the Factory
  
• Managing large staff complement as well as all supervisors of respective departments
  
• Quality control
  
• Checking off each projects job cards and cutting sheets as well as full packages before taken out of Factory to ensure that job will be done right
  

• 5 years experience in Bench Hand, shopfitting manufacturing, and Factory Management.
• Must be able to work with Solids, Formica, Veneers, and SSV.
  

• Must know how to read plans and execute installations according to plans
