Villa Nautica is seeking an experienced and skilled Shisha Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating high-quality shisha experiences, ensuring guest satisfaction through meticulous preparation, presentation, and service. As a Shisha Maker, you will be responsible for maintaining the shisha setup, managing inventory, and providing a memorable experience to our guests in a luxurious island setting.

• Prepare and serve shisha with attention to detail, including selecting flavors, assembling pipes, and ensuring proper setup.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, offering flavor recommendations, and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Clean, maintain, and sanitise all shisha equipment regularly to ensure safe and hygienic usage.
• Monitor and manage stock levels of shisha equipment, flavors, and accessories, ensuring timely replenishment.
• Ensure all operations comply with health and safety standards, including proper handling of charcoal and equipment.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and introduce new shisha flavors and techniques to enhance the guest experience.
• Work closely with the team to create a welcoming and enjoyable environment for guests.

• Proven experience as a Shisha Maker or a similar role in a hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of shisha preparation, maintenance, and flavor profiles.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle guest requests efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations related to shisha preparation.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
