Shift TSG/IT Tech

Job Responsibilities

• Perform computer installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance for desktops, laptops, and related IT equipment.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, operating systems, and business applications.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, and peripheral issues for end users.
• Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, remote tools, or in person.
• Manage user accounts, system access, security settings, and IT asset deployment.
• Assist in ordering, receiving, inventory management, deployment, and retirement of IT equipment.
• Support local TSG troubleshooting and daily IT operations.
• Assist Network Administrators with infrastructure-related tasks when required.
• Support office relocations, workstation setups, organization migrations, and other IT projects.
• Document technical issues, resolutions, and continuously improve IT support processes.
• Perform all work according to defined IT procedures while supporting a fast-growing manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of desktop support or IT helpdesk experience in a manufacturing or enterprise environment.
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, networking fundamentals, and PC hardware.
• Experience supporting printers, scanners, mobile devices, and standard office IT equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Able to prioritize multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a customer-focused mindset.
• Willing to work on-site.

Working Hours

• This position requires participation in a 12-hour shift schedule to support manufacturing operations.
• Employees will work on a 4-days-on / 3-days-off rotating schedule, including weekends and public holidays as required by the operational roster.
