Experiences must span all production process including hands on experience in equipment maintenance and servicing. Candidates must have minimum of first degree in engineering with verifiable solid and successful track records in production.
Relevant professional certification would be an added advantage.
Computer literacy, good communication and presentation skills are necessary.
